I've had the real turbo muin a few weeks. Just thought I would add my very short review in here. But it works out of the box and is a feature some would value.

While the Elite hardware is solid, all the new associated video software is new to Elite, and still a bit rough at the edges for software product quality.
ELITE REAL POWER TRAINER PC
The PC app (or another phone app if desired) is required to use the ERTM, and to ride such a Real course one selects the desired course file etc. and while not perfect, it means any bike can be used. The Realvideo/MyRealvideo courses measure/display all ride data (power, speed, cadence, etc) from inbuilt ERTM sensors. One can record ones own ride and create a similar file to obtain the finished PC-ready file and then choose to keep it online for others to download. “My Realvideo” files are made using Elite’s cell phone app (Android/Apple), with that file uploaded to Elite’s site for finished vid creation (link vid image to geo data as drives trainer resistance function). If you see a match for the route you desire (i.e whatever distance, climb, country, etc) the file is available for download-to-PC for use with Elite’s PC app that drives the ERTM. While Elite offer many professionally done vids on famous Euro routes (“Realvideo”), there are as well hundreds of free user-made course vid’s available at Elite’s website (“My Realvideo”) as recorded from user rides in locations around the world.
Note that one draw for ERTM/EliteRealTurboMuin is use of their “Realvideo” and “My Realvideo” course file downloads for on-screen trainer–linked cycle simulation (as linked to live resistance value, downhill effect, etc) on actual real-world ridden video courses.
